Clear Rock is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Coastal Soccer, LLC by a private company. Clear Rock was retained by Coastal to pursue a sale of its entire business.
Clear Rock initiated and advised on the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Coastal Soccer, LLC is a unique, niche staffing company that provides skilled soccer coaches to youth soccer leagues. With the overall goal of elevating the level of play of U.S. soccer, Coastal’s coaches add skill and stability to programs that are ordinarily overseen by less experienced parents.
