Global Imagin Systems, Inc. ("GIS") remains on the prowl for add-on acquisitions.  The company announced March 23 that it has acquired TML Enterprises, Inc.  TML is a deal headquarters in Manassas, Virgina serving northern Virgina and DC. 

How it Fits In

GIS is seeking to establish a presence in the "top 250 markets" acording to Dan Cooper, president of ESI.  Clearly to do so they will remain on an acquisition binge. 

Right now the company has operations in 32 states- a number that is sure to continue to grow in the coming months.  Expect GIS to buy more dealerships and acquire other VARs serving similar markets.
