We are pleased to announce that Brian Burke joined Clear Rock Associates as a Director in 2008. Brian will be heading our Insurance practice area.

Brian brings a wealth of M&A experience, with particular focus on financial services and insurance industries. He brings with him 8 years of experience assisting middle market companies identify strategic alternatives. His expertise includes analysis and valuation for joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Brian advises clients on optimal and efficient financial solutions, working on both the sell-side and buy-side of transactions. Mr. Burke also has extensive experience raising various types of financing and advising company restructuring.

Prior to joining Clear Rock, Brian worked at Midcap Advisors. There he helped complete several transactions, representing several clients in the sale of their business, Brian also helped fund several start up companies through various forms of financing. Prior to this, Brian worked as an Associate for Sun Equity Solutions where he assisted on several multimillion dollar transactions in the manufacturing, distribution and financial services sectors. Prior to that he was an Analyst at Franklin Hamilton where he closed multiple transactions in the financial services industry. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
