With the merger, Aztec Systems Inc. will add over 300 clients, 30 highly professional employees, and two new locations in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
Organic Growth Can Only Take You So Far
Over its 17 years of existence, Aztec Systems grew an average of 3.52% per year. They knew that if they wanted to jumpstart growth they would have to look for outside sources, in particular, another company.
With their merger with ProData, Aztec will not only add a 50% increase to their gross revenue stream, but will also become one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics Partner in the Southwest. The merger will add an expanded list of capabilities that Aztec can now perform which will allow their customers a broader set of services while increasing their ability to service new clients. This type of growth through acquisition strategy is one we often see in companies with either stalled or slow growth during difficult market periods.
