With the acquisition, Sparxent will add NetworkD’s 6,000 customers based in both the U.S. and Europe and Arbyte Group’s 10,000 customers based throughout Russia and Ukraine.
Aggressive Growth Strategy & Cross Selling
Upon its inception, the founders of Sparxent had one goal in mind: to dominate the middle market. With Sparxent’s two recent mergers, they are not only adding several worldwide locations and highly professional employees, but more than 16,000 customers located around the globe. The transaction also has cross-selling synergies: NetworkD, the largest global reseller of LANDesk solutions will now team up with Arbyte, one of the leading European VARs.
