Creo Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm announced in September it acquired Sataria Distribution and Packaging, an Indiana based provider of 3PL services. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Sataria will continue Creo’s goal to construct a premiere 3PL. The Sataria acquisition follows Creo’s first investment in transportation- the 2006 acquisition of another logistics provider With the addition of Sataria, Creo will be able to expand its presence in the Mid-West region and continue its 3PL growth strategy.
