Sell-side Advisory

Helping You Exit

We use our experience with lower middle market transactions to help design a process to maximize the post-tax value of your company, reduce risks, and help achieve your lifetime goals.

Clear Rock is known for leading successful sales transactions of closely held and privately owned companies in the lower middle-market with revenues between $2 million and $75 million.

While every transaction is different and tailored to the needs of the situation, we generally look at four phases to a transaction:

Analysis and Planning

We work to understand your goals, and dig deeper to understand your company.  We then develop a detailed target list of potential acquirers that will be most interest in the strategic fit with your company.

Go to Market

We conduct the leg work to proactively contact our highly tailored target list.  Key to success is working connections and contacts to gain the right access.

Negotiations and Diligence

Deals are made and broken in diligence.  We quarterback the process- leading negotiations, overseeing diligence, and drive the process forward towards a successful conclusion.

Closing and Beyond

We help get you to the closing.  But before it’s Miller Time, we’ll help you understand how the transaction impacts the bigger picture – your estate.
